If you fulfill all the requirements, then here’s how you can enable it: Launch the Settings app in Windows 11 by pressing WIN + I key combination. Switch to the System tab on the left and then select Display. In the Display settings, you need to scroll down to the Related section and then select Advanced display. On the next page, scroll down to the bottom, and using Choose a Refresh rate drop-down select, the refresh rate. It should be higher than 120hz or above.
